Machine design

Knitting heads are changed quickly and easily using a swivel-in device and are compatible with the vertical machine.
Guaranteed future-proof investment of the knitting heads.
Knitting heads equipped with sliding needles (Lucas patent)
Hose pull-off with the aid of a belt pull-off Contact length 600 mm, 90 mm wide. Special dimensions possible!
Mesh length is infinitely adjustable and monitored.
Infinitely variable command-controlled drive motor
Spool rim rotates between two ball bearings (Lucas patent).
Heavy-duty, stable machine construction with soundproof cladding ensures that the machine runs safely and quietly.
All rotating machine elements are mounted on ball bearings and are therefore maintenance-free.
The needle feet of the knitting machine run in a grease bath.
Yarn feeders with yarn end monitor guarantee a uniform knitted pattern (Lucas patent).
Processing of twisted and non-twisted yarn bobbins.
1 air pressure disk brake ensures that the machine stops within 1 second even if the current or air pressure drops.
