ELHATEX 46 Fluid is a high-performance lubricant based on highly refined mineral oil fractions and synthetic esters and contains specially formulated additives that prevent seizure and minimize wear, even in high-speed machines. It is used for the lubrication of needles and sinkers.

Available in the following units:
20 liter canister
200 liter drum.

ELHATEX N3C SuperGrease is a synthetic high-performance special grease for use on machines operating under extreme conditions and in a temperature range between -50°C and 100°C. It is ideally suited for the lubrication of precision mechanical devices and units as well as in needle guides and lock systems, sliding guides and in small/medium rolling/sliding bearings.

ELHATEX NB 1000 Grease is a universal grease for multi-purpose applications in the textile industry. It is a soft grease of beige color containing corrosion and ageing inhibitors.

ELHATEX HP3000 Grease is a fully synthetic high-performance special grease for extreme conditions. It is suitable for rolling and plain bearing lubrication, guide lubrication (e.g. lock tracks) and for all applications with high pressure loads. Developed for use in the packaging industry, the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and wherever reliable performance under high loads is required and high metal affinity plays a major role.

ELHATEX NB 5000 Grease is a light-colored lubricating and assembly paste that contains a combination of innovative solid lubricants to prevent fretting and fretting corrosion. Thanks to special additives such as ageing, wear and corrosion protection additives with metal activators, this assembly paste also offers the properties of a good rolling and plain bearing grease.

ELHATEX BB 2000 Grease can be used for the lubrication of roller (ball) and plain bearings, for normal to high temperatures of 120°C (briefly up to 130°C) and guarantees an excellent service life due to its special oxidation stability.

ELHATEX SprayTex 01 is a white special grease spray for extreme conditions. It is suitable for the grease lubrication of highly loaded plain and ball bearings as well as guides of machines in the textile industry. It lubricates moving parts and sliding surfaces and is ideal as a safety grease at environmentally friendly lubrication points. This excellent grease spray reduces wear to a minimum and saves energy thanks to the high quality of its friction minimization.
