Faster threading thanks to new design

The previous threading plate has been replaced with an innovative solution that allows for significantly faster and more convenient threading. This is made possible by the use of open bushings that extend continuously from the feeder through the thread monitoring system to the spiralizing head.

Optical thread monitoring for maximum safety

Another milestone is the switch from mechanical to optical thread monitoring. This new technology significantly increases process reliability and minimizes the risk of production interruptions.

Intelligent error detection with LED display

In the event of a thread break, a flashing LED ensures that the affected thread can be quickly and clearly identified. This saves valuable time in troubleshooting and increases efficiency in the production process.
