The machines from HARRY LUCAS stand for high-precision circular knitting and circular warp knitting technologies in industrial quality. Each machine is designed for specific applications – whether for medical bandages with marking strips, technical fabrics for filters and shielding, textile structures for vibration damping, knitting around plastic and rubber hoses or elastic packaging nets for fruit, vegetables or Christmas trees.
Our models range from vertically operating circular knitting machines with rotating cylinders – ideal for the production of bandages, interlock fabrics, underwear or glass fiber textiles – to horizontal tubular knitting machines designed for inline production with extruders. In terms of technology, we rely on modular design, infinitely variable drive systems, patented yarn feed, electronic yarn monitoring and state-of-the-art control units with ProfiNET interfaces.
