With the RR2-Z-J-109, we present our latest development: an innovative circular knitting machine for the production of double-layer jacquard scarves and hats with up to 6 colors. As the first 7″ machine with 6 feed systems and optional 1:1 offset needle selection on the cylinder, it enables particularly flexible patterning and a wide variety of designs. And also as a 9″ with 12 knitting systems!

The pattern programs can be easily transferred via USB or network. Depending on the number of colors and mesh size, the production time per scarf is only 2.5 to 3.8 minutes. A finished edge is also available as an option. The machine is ideal for high-quality fan articles and offers new possibilities in textile customization.
