Machine design

  • The knitting head is driven by a toothed belt and is steplessly controlled by a frequency converter.

  • The fabric take-off is controlled electronically with a constant take-off tension to the speed.

  • sinker lock adjustment for individual adjustment of the cast-off point and depth for precise knitting results

  • Electric thread monitors, knitting monitors or needle monitors stop the machine via the frequency inverter

  • Separate winding device with electric drive up to 600 mm diameter and infinitely variable constant winding tension

  • Programmable meter counter (number of knitting head revolutions) to stop the machine

  • Monoflop – LED error display for each guard and sensor on the machine

Extensions

  • Central mesh adjustment

  • An electromagnetic brake ensures faster braking of the knitting head

  • Thread feed: positive with MPF/MER or thread tension-controlled with electronic feeder (Memminger-Iro/BTSR/LGL)

  • Knitted fabric fixation via heating plates up to 220º, whereby the heating plates open when stationary

  • Larger winding device or defrosting device

  • Cutting unit for cutting knitted parts to length in the transverse direction

  • Cutting unit for longitudinal cutting of the knitted fabric

  • Various bindings possible with tuck and no-knit knitting systems or with multi-foot technology (up to 4 panels)

  • Ringlets
