Horizontal spiralizing machine up to 2×24 threads

Our innovative horizontal spiralizing machine has been specially developed for seamless integration into online production between two extruders. With a choice of 2 × 8, 12, 16 or 24 bobbins, it enables the precise spiraling or optional knitting around of plastic, silicone or rubber tubing – according to your production requirements.

Thanks to its flexible configuration and robust design, it is the ideal solution for demanding hose processing applications – efficient, reliable and future-proof.

  • Patented yarn tension compensation system reduces yarn tension to below 20 g/cN – ideal for cylindrical bobbins and delicate yarns
  • Enables or considerably simplifies the production of mandrel-free hoses

  • Electronic optical thread monitoring (BTSR) for reliable detection of thread breaks and irregularities
  • Coil fill level monitoring with signal transmitter for timely warning when the coil is almost empty
  • Stroboscope for better visual inspection of rotating machine parts during operation
