Mechanization systems for cutting rope or cord-like materials to length. The cut ends are secured by wrapping them with paper, aluminum or adhesive tape beforehand.

Machine design

  • Range from d= 4 – 20 mm or 4-20 square, e.g. ropes, cords, braids and knitted fabrics in the sealing area. Optional up to 40 mm

  • Direct presentation of the material to be made up as a reel or from a storage container

  • Coupling to braiding or knitting machines, for example, as well as other production units, is also possible

  • The operation of the finishing device is limited to inserting the knitted fabric or braid, preselecting the length and number of pieces, replacing the adhesive foil, as well as maintenance and care
